The hard part of booking a children's birthday party in Singapore is not finding venues. It is finding out, before you have committed, whether your four-year-old is tall enough, whether eight guests is enough to qualify, and whether the quoted price includes anything to eat.
Almost no guide publishes those numbers. So this one leads with them. Every venue below shows the package price, what the package actually includes, and the minimum headcount, grouped by age band and then by budget. Everything was checked against the venue's own website in August 2026.

Prices are the lowest published tier and were checked in August 2026. Several venues quote on enquiry only and are covered in the sections below.
For a party of ten children, the realistic bands are these. Under $500 buys an activity slot rather than an event: Timezone at $45 a child, an escape room, a mobile laser tag session in your condo function room. $500 to $900 is where most venue packages sit, and where you get a private room, a host and a fixed time slot. Above $900 buys food, a coordinator and someone else doing the work.
This is the hardest band to book and the one guides gloss over. Almost every sports and adventure venue in Singapore locks toddlers out on a physical gate: 1.25m at Adventure HQ, 1.22m at Laser Quest, a 20kg minimum weight at Action Motion, 1.1m and age 5 at Forest Adventure. For a three-year-old, roughly half the venues in this guide are unusable.
Better Play is the only venue found that is purpose-built for this band, taking children from four months to four years. It is a Montessori-inspired play space and you get the whole venue exclusively, which matters more with toddlers than with any other age group.
Best for first and second birthdays, and for parents who want the room to themselves.
Pororo Park publishes the clearest package structure in the category, and its guest count is stated in the way parents actually think about it: 20 guests means 10 children plus 10 adults. The cheaper Petite tier has no food and no host, so read the two tiers carefully before assuming the $688 is comparable to anyone else's.
Best for 2 to 7 year olds, and for parents who want a character theme without organising it.
Kidodo Space has the largest published weekday discount in this guide, at 29 per cent. If your child's birthday falls near a school holiday and you can run the party on a weekday, this is the clearest saving available anywhere on this list.
Best for a weekday party where the saving is worth moving the date.
Riri's Children Playloft is a toy-museum concept in Sin Ming Plaza. The Cosy Corner tier is the sensible entry point; the full-venue option runs to 100 guests and is genuinely large. Note that food is not included and their catering carries a 15-person minimum, which is a real floor if your guest list is short.
Best for a bigger guest list, or for parents who want a venue that does not look like every other soft play.

This is the easiest band to book. Height gates start opening, attention spans stretch to a structured activity, and most venues in Singapore are designed around it.
Timezone has the lowest minimum in this guide at five children, and the most predictable per-head budgeting. Worth knowing that not every outlet has an enclosed party room: Jurong Point, Orchard Xchange, Parkway Parade, VivoCity, Waterway Point and Westgate do. City Square Mall and Pasir Ris Mall do not.
Best for small guest lists and for parents who want a fixed cost per child.
KidsSTOP is the best-value structured party in this band, at $60 a child, and unusually it includes two adult admission tickets for every child ticket, which quietly removes a cost most venues charge for. Two themes run: Dinomite Delight and Wonder Lab. Officially for ages 4 to 8, so it drops off sharply after that.
Best for a party that is genuinely educational without feeling like school.
T-Play runs at two HomeTeamNS clubhouses and skews younger than the other HomeTeamNS venues. Bukit Batok is the cheaper of the two.
Best for 2 to 8 year olds, particularly siblings at different stages.
Kidz Amaze works on room hire rather than per-child pricing, across SAFRA Toa Payoh, SAFRA Jurong and Splash @ Kidz Amaze in Punggol. Rates vary by membership tier rather than by day, which is unusual, and there is a standing 50 per cent discount on weekday party rooms running to March 2027.
Best for SAFRA members, and for anyone who can run a weekday party.
Bricks 4 Kidz runs LEGO build parties with the cleanest package structure found anywhere in this research: a flat price, a stated headcount, a stated duration and two hosts rather than one.
Best for LEGO-obsessed children aged 5 and up.
The band most parents struggle with, because soft play stops working and the child knows it. The good news is that this is where Singapore's best party venues live. The catch is that almost all of them gate on height, not age.
Adventure HQ is Singapore's largest indoor adventure park, four storeys of ropes course, climbing and free-fall. The party packages run a generous 4.5-hour session.
Best for children who have outgrown everything else.
Action Motion is a gamified obstacle course with AR bouldering and RFID scoring that tracks each child's run. Its 20kg weight gate is considerably gentler than Adventure HQ's height gate, so it takes a younger child.
Best for competitive children who want a score at the end.
Laser Quest runs four missions across a two-hour exclusive party room with a TV score screen. Note it is at Bukit Batok only, not at Khatib or Bedok Reservoir, which several guides get wrong.
Best for a large group of primary-school children who want to run around in the dark.
BFF Climb is the best-documented climbing party in Singapore, with a hard published price and two instructors included. It also takes children from age four, which makes it one of the rare venues that spans all three age bands.
Best for a physically confident group, and for parents who want a real published price.
Amped runs a genuinely well-specified package: 45 minutes of hosted games with a coach, then free play, in a private room with a Nintendo Switch and a fridge.
Best for a high-energy group aged 6 and up.
Prodigy is one of only three venues in this guide with a published weekday discount, and it does not count adults towards the headcount, which is rarer than it sounds.
Best for a sporty group, and for weekday parties.
Wild Wild Wet is the only water park in Singapore publishing a fully age-banded party price list, and it is the most complete done-for-you option in this band. Teen Surge is built for 11 and up, Wave Riders for 8 to 10.
Best for parents who want everything handled and have the budget.
LOST SG is the cheapest genuinely age-appropriate option in this band, and one of the few venues in Singapore with a real published weekday discount. Rooms are always private and take up to 12.
Best for a small group of older children, on a budget, on a weekday.
Lasertech-X and LaserTag.SG both come to you: a condo function room, a garden, a park or a field. This is the practical answer when the guest list is big and no venue fits it.
Best for a party at your own venue with 8 or more children aged 7 and up.

There are fewer genuinely cheap options than the category implies, because most venues price a package rather than a head. The reliable way under $400 is to buy an activity and host the food elsewhere.
This is where most families land, and where the food question bites hardest. Everything in this band except Kidz Amaze gives you a private room, a host and a fixed slot. Almost none of it feeds anyone.
The best value here, on published numbers: Bricks 4 Kidz at $500 for 10 children with two hosts, BFF Climb at $499 for 10 with two instructors, and Kidodo Space at $488 on a weekday for 13 children and 13 adults.
Above $900 you are buying catering and coordination. Three stand out. Amazonia at Great World runs $1,188 for a two-hour exclusive room including a kids' meal. Mandai's Wild Birthday at Singapore Zoo starts at $1,300 for Curiosity Cove with a 20-guest minimum, rising to $4,000 for KidzWorld with a chartered tram and a buffet, which is explicitly for ages 3 to 6. Buds by Shangri-La has the clearest peak and off-peak split of any venue found, at $1,188 off-peak against $1,588 peak, plus a smaller weekend option at $544 for up to eight children.
Across the 30 venues checked, here is what is and is not standard.
| Element | How common | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Private room | Usual above $500 | Below that you are usually buying an activity slot, not a room |
| Party host | Common | Pororo's cheaper Petite tier has none; check the tier, not the venue |
| Food | Rare | Only Amazonia, Pororo Power, Mandai, Wild Wild Wet, Buds and KidsSTOP include it |
| Goodie bags | Sometimes | Often an add-on at $10 to $15 each. At craft venues the craft is the goodie bag |
| Decorations | Sometimes | Prodigy and Genius R Us include them; most do not |
| E-invitations | Surprisingly common | Bricks 4 Kidz, Pororo, T-Play, Prodigy, KidsSTOP |
| Grip socks | Usual at play venues | Pororo, SuperPark, Amped include them |
| Cake | Almost never | Assume you are bringing it. Check whether outside cake is even allowed |
This is the number that most often derails a booking, and the one least often published. Across the venues checked it ranges from five children to thirty.
| Minimum | Venues |
|---|---|
| 5 children | Timezone Just Play, Abrakadoodle, WE ART |
| 8 guests | Goodman Ceramic Studio, Buds by Shangri-La small party (maximum, not minimum) |
| 10 children | Bricks 4 Kidz, BFF Climb, Timezone Extreme and Ultimate, Prodigy base, Amped, Wild Wild Wet |
| 13 children | Kidodo Space (13 kids + 13 adults) |
| 15 people | Mad Science, Riri's catering minimum |
| 20 guests | Pororo Park (10 kids + 10 adults), Laser Quest, Mandai Curiosity Cove |
| 30 guests | Mandai KidzWorld, Novotel Singapore on Stevens |
Party venue guides age badly, and several of the most-shared Singapore lists still recommend places that have shut. Every venue below is closed, and every one still appears in guides carrying a 2026 date.
If you take one thing from this guide, make it the two numbers nobody publishes. Ask for the minimum headcount and the height limit before you fall in love with a venue. They will rule more places out than your budget will.
